You will work as a team to:

  • Test what your market will happily purchase.

  • Find out how to cheaply win customers.

  • Determine how to consistently deliver on your promise as you grow.

  • Build the financial model and startup cost projections from scratch.

  • Uncover the risks and barriers standing between concept and launch.

  • Design the student management structure and succession plan to keep it running year over year.

Your team will pitch a compelling, data-backed case for CMU to green light the launch of this venture.If you're into entrepreneurship, marketing, operations, or finance — or you just want to know what it feels like to take an idea from napkin sketch to reality — this is your shot.
